Hello, my name is Tirimunashe. I’m navigating the exciting journey of Chemical Engineering at the University of Cape Town, where I explore multiple engineering phenomena related to the process industry. I enjoy tackling challenging problems and finding methods of solution as a means of expanding understanding.

My high school education focused on the sciences stream, including subjects such as math, physics, and chemistry. I am well-equipped to guide students through concepts and further their understanding. I have two years of tutoring experience in one-on-one learning sessions catering to specific individual student needs.

I place high emphasis on interactive learning, conceptual understanding, and critical thinking skills. This is achieved by incorporating real-world examples, encouraging active student participation, and making learning enjoyable.

Besides all the academic work, I’m highly immersed in the world of fitness. I love to hike and participate annually in local marathons.
